  1. How should I request support?

    If you need help, please read the Articles section and the FAQ section on this website first.


    If your question still is not answered, please click the [HelpDesk] button at the top of any page on this website to enter a support request. This allows both you and us to have a permanent record of what the issues and resolutions were. It further allows us to have more than one person assist you, without the new support tech waiting to hear what was done via phone or email by a different support tech.

  2. Is there a cost for support?

    • If a support request submitted through the [HelpDesk] of the Account Control Panel is an account-related issue, there is no charge.

    • If a support request submitted through the [HelpDesk] of the Account Control Panel is not an account-related issue, there is a charge of $25.00 per ticket incident.

    • If a support request is submitted by phone, fax or email, there may be a charge of $25.00 per incident, at our discretion. This charge applies regardless of the reason for the request.


    If a support charge is assessed, you will be issued an invoice and notified by automated email. Payment terms for support requests are the same as the payment terms shown on our Terms of Service page.



    • Account-related isues are such things as the website not operating, email issues, database issues, ordering/changing services, etc.

    • Non-account issues are questions that are either answered in the Hosting Control Panel, or educational questions such as: How do I make a webpage do.....?, or What is FTP?, or what is my server path?
